Great news – spend £75 or more, and we’ll sort your standard UK mainland delivery for free! We’re all about keeping things easy on your wallet. At the moment, this is for UK mainland only.

After you hit that order button, give us a little time to work our magic. When busy we’re on it in 3-7 working days. If things get crazy, like during peak times, we might need a teensy bit more time. But don’t worry, our super friendly customer service team will keep you posted.

3. Turbo Charged

See something tagged as ‘need it now’? That’s your ticket to our turbo-charged service. You’ll be unwrapping your goodies fast! Remember, the clock’s ticking – order by 1pm UK time to zap it to you. This service is for UK Mainland only. 

4. Our 24-Hour Mojo

Give us at least 24 hours to sprinkle our handling magic on your order. We’re all about making sure your stuff is in tip-top shape before it hits the road.

5. Extra Love for Certain Spots

Hey, some places like Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and faraway bits of the UK mainland will need a special price for our delivery services. No worries – our friendly helpers will give you a shout to clear things up.

Complete the below form to start your return process.

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

They must be:

  • In the original packaging.
  • In original condition.
  • Clothing must be unwashed, unworn and with labels attached.
  • Any items given on promotional offer must be returned with your order

Note: Items must be in alignment with the above conditions for a full refund or exchange to be permitted.

On receipt of your items, our returns team will process your order within approximately 2-4 working days. Our returns team will review and inspect your item(s) and notify you via your given contact method of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Approved: A refund will be automatically processed and funds will be applied to your original payment method. This may take 2-7 working days to appear in your bank account.

Refund Refused: Should we refuse your refund, you will be notified immediately. 

Promotional Products: If you have received a promotional product with your order and wish to return your order. All gifts or promotional products received when ordering must be return. Should the promotional product not be returned, the value amount of the promotional product will be deducted from your refund of the order.
